STEP 1
Foam is dispensed into a carton lined with high strength anti-static foam
STEP 2
The film is folded over to
allow placement of the product on the
rising foam. The product sinks into the
rising foam half way.
STEP 3
A second sheet of film is placed
over the product and more foam is
dispensed into the open sheet over the
product. The open sheet is quickly folded
closed and the box is closed.
STEP 4
The product is completely
encapsulated into a customized cushioned
foam. Your customer receives the product
undamaged and without having to dig
through wasteful packing peanuts.
